Lowerable Car Roof Box

Whether for skiing in the winter, camping in the summer, or simply to increase a car’s cargo space, roof boxes mounted on roof racks have been a staple for years. However, many cars, SUVs, and minivans have a considerable height, and loading and unloading these roof boxes can be quite a hassle—and accidents have even occurred in the process.

Reason enough for us to find a reliable mechanical solution. The concept is to lower the entire roof box from the vehicle roof with minimal effort using a specially engineered mechanism, and of course to safely reposition it on the roof again effortlessly with a remote control.
